When will I receive my item?
Pre-orders prepaid before 3 July 2022 are expected to be fulfilled around end of July. Due to unstable logistics around the globe, there might be delays in fulfilling pre-orders due to uncontrollable factors, but we would keep you informed if such unfortunate event happens.
There is a rare possibility that the supplier runs out of stock after you have placed your order. In such case, we would inform you and you can opt to get full refund of what you have paid (through the same means of your payment method), or you can opt to exchange for another product of the same value.
Do I have to pay in full to pre-order?
Pre-orders with total amount below HK$1000 are required to pay in full. Please check out from our website directly if you pay in full.
Pre-orders with total amount HK$1000 or above are eligible to split payment, and you can choose to pay in full upfront or pay 50% initial payment.
If you pay 50% initial payment, the remaining amount (and shipping cost if applicable) is payable after the pre-ordered item(s) arrived in Hong Kong. Full payment is required before shipping / pickup AND within one month of our WhatsApp/email notice to you. In case full payment is not received within one month of notice, the item will no longer be reserved for you and we do not guarantee that the same item will be available or restocked again in the future.
