This is a model from the "Pure Malt" series, which reuses barrel wood from whiskey aging for its pen barrel, and features a "Jetstream" refill known for its "addictively smooth writing feel."

The oak wood was used to make barrels for Suntory whiskey. For decades, the wood held the spirits for a long time. Carefully carved from this wood, it creates a natural and tasteful piece. The gentle texture and warmth of the wood become more familiar to your hand with use, developing an even deeper character over time.

This is a single-colour retractable ballpoint pen equipped with smooth oil-based ink "Jetstream". The entire body is made of whiskey barrel wood, allowing you to enjoy the texture of the wood to the fullest. It is a pen that will become more comfortable in your hand and change in texture the more you use it.
