Due to flight adjustments and cancellations under the coronavirus pandemic, airmail shipping to certain countries has been suspended. You may find out if your country is affected from below or Hong Kong Post website. (Orders are normally shipped by airmail by Hong Kong Post)
If airmail service to your country is affected, you can consider having your order shipped by other means:
Surface registered mail
It may still be available for your country but takes a MUCH longer delivery time (8 to 12 weeks, or even longer depending on your country's situation or other uncontrollable factors).
Tracking number is available but real-time tracking information is only available up to the point the package leave Hong Kong. Tracking information after that is available from your local postal service upon formal request but it is usually processed very slowly.
SF Express or FedEx
We can arrange shipping by other courier. Extra cost may be required.
Airmail service
Airmail shipping is starting to resume for some countries. If you wish, we can wait and ship your order as soon as airmail service to your country resumes.
