Pre-Order FAQ

 

When will I receive my item?

Please refer to the individual product listing for the expected shipping schedule.

There is a rare possibility of delays in fulfilling pre-orders due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance or supplier's production delays. In such case, we would keep you informed.  

In case there are other reasons that makes us unable to fulfil your order, we would provide a full refund of what you have paid (through the same means of your payment method), or you can opt to exchange for another product of the same value.

If your order includes products with different expected schedule or non pre-order items, we would wait until all products of the order are ready to ship.  If you would like us to ship non pre-order items first, please place your order separately.

Do I have to pay in full?

Pre-orders are required to be paid in full.

Please checkout from our website directly as usual. 

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before it is shipped. Please get in touch by WhatsApp (+852 68959106) or email (info@circletape.com). However, once it has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-Order Discount

Pre-orders may be eligible for pre-order discount.  Please refer to individual product's listings.
