"Iro-utsushi" is a dip pen type writing instrument. You can write by dipping the tip of the pen in fountain pen ink. Unlike the usual dip pen, it has pen tip like fountain pen, so the touch on the paper is gentle, and you can write fine letters and illustrations smoothly.
In addition, you can easily change ink colours by simply rinsing the tip of the pen with water and wiping it off with a cloth.
