It all began in 1883 in a small shop near Heidelberg University. It was already possible to purchase the Kaweco iron gall ink at this early stage. Over the years, the ink and the writing instruments developed further, but the quality remains the top priority. The Kaweco ink in the colour midnight blue is water-soluble, cruelty-free and vegan.

The ink colour midnight blue is reminiscent of a night sky brightly lit by the moon - a subtle accent on paper.

Kaweco ink is compatible with any type of fountain pen.
